We make summer sausage and snack sticks every year. My arms get so tired of mixing all the venison and pork! Well this year we made bratwurst, snack sticks, summer sausage and jerky in the time that it normally takes me to just MIX everything! I am very, very happy with the CHARD MM-102 Meat Mixer with Stainless Steel Hopper, 20-Pound. It was extremely easy to clean. That is immensely important to me.
